Frame, bodywork and calibrating rollers in AISI304 stainless steel.
Twin-screw stuffing pump with alternating or direct injection of the filling and the possibility to insert pieces larger than the ones usually allowed by conventional ravioli machines.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or materials suitable for food contact. Several technical solutions useed on the machine are patent pending.
