The lab Dryer has been engineered and manufactured for experimental drying trials for short-cut and long pasta, enabling registration of the temperature and humidity trends. Suitable for optimization of the production parameters depending on the produced shapes and on the raw materials used.
Standard equipment and controls:
• panels in stainless steel thickness 80mm suitable for high temperatures;
• 8 pc. oval-section sticks for long pasta;
• 4 pc. aluminium looms with polyester meshed-net for short-cut pasta;
• heating system either electric or by either hot/overheated water exchanger;
• humidifier by means of nebulized water injector;
• variable speed ventilation;
• electric exhauster for air exchange;
• analog probe for temperature and humidity control;
• PLC-fitted, electric control panel for control of the drying cycles and storing of the humidity/temperature trends;
• USB port to export data in Excel format;
• Ethernet port for online connection to printers or to supervision PC.
Optional devices:
• humidity control device of the product, parameterized with the drying cycle;
• support base in stainless steel either fitted upon feet or upon wheels.
