Thanks to established relationships with leading groups worldwide in the caravan and RV industry, Italpresse has developed a range of highly innovative and efficient solutions. As for the press, a pressing system able to adapt to materials with minimal counterforce, typical of the industry, has been developed. Even non-rectangular shaped panels are not a problem thanks to a shape scanning system and the distribution of pressure in separate zones. Moreover, a series of services and automatic systems specific for caravan panels has been developed; they go from the preparation of the middle layer, to the automatic coupling, to the transfer to the rain type glue machine, to the loading and unloading into/from the press, to the conveying and overturning of the panel with subsequent loading into the work centres. dedicated software is able to manage the entire line in a surprisingly simple and complete manner.
