Sand drying unit HSC

Our range of spin drying machines is studied for obtaining the best performances with the lowest efforts, reducing in this way the consumption. The particular design of the rotor and of the blades grant excellent results in eliminating residual moisture; with rigid plastics we actually grant, except in special cases, to reach a <3% level of moisture, necessary for directly passing the outgoing product through an extruder with no need of further drying steps. The rotor, along with the high blade supports, allows to accelerate the air inside and consequently eliminate the moisture; the air is not taken from the outside (with consequent charge of moisture) but create inside the machine. Thanks to the dedicated door it is also possible to adjust the residence time of the product inside the machine, in order to improve the drying effect. The pierced sieve through which the dirty and also the fine fractions are expelled is equipped with an automatic system of self-cleaning brushes.
