Suction Walls for Painting: Effective and Technologically Advanced Solution The suction walls for painting are an essential and innovative solution to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with current regulations. Designed to meet the needs of both small workshops and large industrial plants, these structures are engineered to efficiently suction and filter pollutants produced during painting operations. Italyvacuum has developed a series of modular suction walls for painting to eliminate any risk of inhalation of toxic particles suspended in the air (SOV - COV), which are particularly dangerous pollutants. They consist of a robust, powder-coated, scratch-resistant press-folded structure on which a high-efficiency fan with a reverse-blade impeller in carbon steel is mounted. The modularity of the walls allows easy installation and adaptability to different spaces and operational needs, but they can also become mobile using the provided wheels. The filter elements are easily replaceable, ensuring simple and quick maintenance, and feature a dual filtration stage: press-folded inertial cardboard (H 1000) with a rhomboidal profile on the outer front, while inside the special "Paint-stop" filter guarantees the highest efficiency and filtration level that the system can achieve.
