COLOR HERE is a complete system, aimed primarily at the leather finishing department, consisting of one or more automatic dosing systems, which can be served by intralogistic dye mixture handling and transfer systems. Management is handled by L.I.M.E.S , an MES software that constantly monitors process KPIs. COLOR HERE is I-TECH’s proposal that guarantees high production performance and high efficiency in the leather finishing process, a cutting-edge solution that meets the requirements of Industry 5.0 with a logic of lean manufacturing with very low environmental impact by avoiding overproduction of waste from processing and relevant reduction in the consumption of washing water. PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY: Process automation and deep-rooted know-how allow a transition to an organizational model that enables supervision of the entire production. INTEGRATED AND INTERCONNECTED SOLUTION: COLOR HERE is a solution that combines our hardware and software in a fully integrated way at the factory. Thanks to MES software called L.I.M.E.s (Lean Industry Manufacturing Execution Software) which monitors the production of your colored products and always ensures their availability. BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS: COLOR HERE includes an automatic dosing system and an intralogistics transfer and handling system for color mixtures that not only ensure process efficiency but also safety. The user is no longer in contact with liquid chemicals, eliminating their manual handling in finishing departments.
