The brushless motorized roller PM500XK has the circuit board and gear-motor integrated within the roller allowing a good tightness, easy wiring with M8-5pins connector and space saving.
It can be easily controlled by : PEPPERL+FUCHS motor control, AS-Interface module. It is designed for conveyor lines of light and medium loads (up to 300Kg max), in order preparation, in distribution, and for assembly lines. The motorized roller PM500XK is the ideal solution to answer to the difficulties coming from the working environment (liquid, dust, …).
It is possible to achieve package management in «ZPA» involving the AS-Interface module PEPPERL+ FUCHS. Each module can control 2 PM500XK motorized rollers. Installation is very easy and quick. The wiring is carried out without tools.
