Carpet cutter / trimmer for use with woven, tufted and pressed wall-to-wall carpeting material without foam backing. Fits greatly into the hand and presents the cutting blade at the correct angle to cut the carpet neatly. Molded in a heat-resistant compound which prevents the cutter from melting due to friction. Cuts from top to bottom. The blades are easily changed by a screw release system and can be rotated 4 times to present a fresh cutting edge.
