The ITR HMS 120 Hi (High Impact) hammer mill has been conceived for the crushing and enhancement of the heaviest materials.
Thanks to the use of a new reinforced carpentry, heavy hammers up to 50 kg and the use of a powerful electric motor up to 400 kW, this mill allows to work high quantities of materials such as electric motors, light ferrous scrap, scrap metal (aluminum profile and carter).
Like the latest ITR models, the ITR HMS 120 Hi mill is equipped with the new material evacuation system by opening the “Out of Line” emergency hatch via PLC. This system allows to divert the flow of material out of the next production line, thus avoiding that unprocessed materials pollute the subsequent processing and enhancement phases.
The loading conveyor belt can be of the anti-cut rubberized type or with metal shutters for the heaviest materials.
The ITR HMS 120 Hi mill is also equipped with the hydraulic self-tensioning belt pulling system which automatically adjusts the tension by means of a PLC or manually via a control button.
All ITR mills have been designed to facilitate maintenance operations, in order to reduce downtime to a minimum due to the change of grids and hammers.
Standard equipment:
Loading conveyor belt with shatterproof bars
Oscillating loader reinforced in wear-resistant steel
Emergency door “Out of Line”
Hydraulic self-tensioning belt pulling system
Electrical control panel with PLC, control software and Ethernet line
