With 3P110 manual chuck, Forkardt is launching a high precision curve-plate-controlled chuck for grinding applications. Together with the additional seals on the base jaws, the sealed chuck body ensures that the lubricant stays in the body and grinding dust stays leaves outside. A KDIN jaw interface and the possibility of using a precise simultaneous chuck for pre-machined clamping jaws ensure maximum accuracy at the clamping point. A repeat accuracy of <0.005 mm ensures process-reliable workpieces.
