Forkardt KS series are characterized by their universal application. The proven wedge hook mechanism enables enormous clamping forces and use in the most demanding machining applications with consistently high repeatability. The Forkardt King Size chuck are designed to be extremely versatile and can also be tailored to specific applications. KS series is available in sizes from 800mm to 1400mm. In addition, the KS series has been expanded to include the KS-V models. That will provide 30 mm additional adjustment for each jaw. (The KS chucks are also available with centrifugal force compensation on request. Does not apply to KSV.) Sealing With additional wipers base jaws are protected against the ingress of chips and dust.
