Description

2K HS acrylic filler 5:1 ideal for car refinish, truck, marine. High build filler, easy to apply and to sand, very fast drying and no shrinkage at all. . It can be used as sanding thickness filler to eliminate the imperfections of the support or as "wet on wet" filler by diluting it at 40% and using a spray gun with 1,4 nozzle. Good adhesion over iron, ideal also for surfaces already trated with putty or polyester/epoxy filler or over fiberglass, hard plastics (ABS, PC) and wood. In case of application over old painting be sure that they are completely dried and that they are not of a termoplastic acrilic nature. Compatible with waterborne coatings systems. - It can be used for complete or partial paintings and for little repairs. - The available colours can be mixed together to obtain the right shade of grey, to be used as undercolour for a perfect covering (see mixing table). - Fast air and oven drying, you can also use fast drying systems or IR. In case of basecoat dark colours application, for an optimal result we suggest to add a 10% of an our range clearcoat to the filler, and to increase the hardener mixing ratio to 20% by weight. AIR CYCLE: by using the special activator/ hardener HH FILLER DRYER, in the same proportions of the traditional hardeners, you can halve drying time and consequently you can save working time and electricity.
