The adjustable suction and pressure speed of the IX-B ensures low-pulsation and precise dosing (+/- 1%) over the entire performance range from 0,0075 l/h up to 45 l/h. Motor The energy-saving brushless DC-Motor (BLDC) achieve a control range of 1:1000. This motor technology offers the advantage of a higher power output compared to stepper motors which are frequently used in comparable metering pumps. Resistance The combination of the non-elastomeric, durable PTFE diaphragm with outstanding permeation characteristics and the PVDF pump head ensures best chemical resistance. Additional the high compression pump head construction (pat.) provides excellent degassing capability. Flexible installation The hand adjustable control unit offers a variety of install and built-in possibilities without any extra parts. Additional brackets for wall mounting the pump are eliminated, the easy removable base can be placed on both pump sides. The types of connection offer a number of varieties as well: Tubing, flanged or threaded connections for union nut are available. Control unit with LED status bar A large LED status bar provides simple visual indication of operating conditions at a glance, from distance as well as in dark places the pump status is always visible. The pumps are featured with different modes of operation like manual, pulse, analog and batch as well as PROFIBUS-DP. The desired settings are managed via a multilingual, user-friendly LCD display.
