Description

iwis case conveyor chains from the FLEXON brand range are characterised by their robust, straightforward design. They are suitable for harsh environments, and their open construction allows the easy removal of coarse dirt. iwis case conveyor chains are available in cast steel, stainless steel, galvanised or plastic versions. These chains are frequently used for barrel / container conveying, in the construction materials industry, for pallet conveyor systems or in carwashes. The measured tensile strength of a chain made from cast steel is approx. 25% higher than that of a comparable cast-iron chain. When extra corrosion protection is required, a galvanised version is available as an alternative. Case conveyor chains are suitable for many applications with harsh environmental conditions. They are available in plastic, steel or stainless steel. You can rely on the cast steel chain C600 to deal with the toughest traction applications and move the heaviest loads. The chain’s simple yet robust cast steel design makes it an economical and highly resilient partner for the most rugged conditions and over long distances. Highlights: •Breaking loads increased about 25% by using cast steel rather than cast iron chains •Alternative galvanized, zinc plated version for corrosion protection •Threaded pins in connecting link for easy closing and unclosing of chain •Both versions also available in plastic
