Description
The C-TEC 2405-05 from J. Schneider is a capacitor buffered power supply system that is specially engineered with ultra-capacitors that are charged by an externally-regulated DC power supply during regular operations. During power interruptions, the power supply of the capacitors is released, making it ideal for emergency situations.
The discharge current and capacitor state dictate the duration of the back-up time. Its output voltage during buffer mode depends on the load.
