Description
The J. SCHNEIDER ELEKTROTECHNIK's C-TEC 2420-8 series capacitor buffered power supply has a robust design, and features ultra-capacitors that store energy, that are charged by an externally regulated DC-power supply. If the DC supply is interrupted, these capacitors release the stored energy, offering emergency power load. The duration of load (back-up) depends on the discharge current and the amount of stored energy.
