Production lines for producing pizza have achieved great progress in technology recently. With regard to demand, type of the particular production and the selected equipment it is possible to supply semi-automated lines as well as fully fitted up lines for pizza, which make possible the continual automated operation.
Complete standard line consists of the following equipment:

• mixing centre with flour, water and ingredients dosing,

• tomato base spreader,
• oven loading equipment,
• baking band oven,

For baking traditional pizza it can be chosen the band of the baking oven made of natural granite stone. As an alternative we recommend to use steel plates (in the same dimensions as granite plates), or metal (louvers) bands. High ability for heat accumulation of these bands results in perfect well baking of dough within a short time. Unique solution of pre-heating of the oven band at infeed of the oven makes possible to reach the requested temperature at once.
