Pre-bake ovens Cyclothermic high temperature pre-bake ovens are primarily intended for pre-baking bakery products demanding temperatures that greatly exceed 300°C, which e.g. is suitable for dough with greater volumes of rye, or pure rye dough. Their possibilities are much broader than just that. The construction of this pre-bake cyclothermic baking oven stems from the concept of high temperature ovens in combination with a granite-stone plate band, whose plates are created from pure natural granite.
