The OPTIJET™ electrically powered blow-in device allows micro and mini cables in a diameter range from 1.5 to 8.0 mm to be blown into micro tubes from 3 to 16 mm. The OptiJet™, represents another step in innovations designed for blowing telecom micro-cables and composite fibers (fiber, coax or multipair) into pre-laid micro-tubes. As an intelligent injector, the OptiJet™ meets the most stringent protection requirements for the new generation of cables integrating more and more fibers in smaller and smaller diameters. A true operator's assistant, the OptiJet™ is the only blow-in device on the market that automatically and quickly determines the maximum force the cable can withstand, regardless of its diameter and construction. This unique feature, combined with the belt drive and control by speed, rather than motor torque, ensures optimal protection of the cable and the success of your installation. The drive and tension motors of the compact blow-in unit are easy to operate thanks to an intuitive graphical user interface and have a control mode specifically designed for microcable installation. They are powered by batteries with high battery life, designed for intensive use day after day. Another advantage is that the compressor's air is used only for cable laying, which allows the use of smaller compressors and makes the OptiJet™ an optimized solution that combines space and energy savings.
