Description

Our versatile line of evaporators can process super-hot break products that are highly viscous and hard to process. The Hybrid Evaporator joins the best features of our Forced Circulation Evaporator with those of the well-known T.A.S.T.E. It utilizes one series of multiple effect evaporators for tomato concentrate with upward forced flow recirculation in vertical tube in shell heater in all effects. Each effect basically includes: a vertical tube nest; a liquid vapor separation chamber and a recirculation pump. • Reduced energy consumption • Fast to clean, simpler to run and less maintenance lead to a significant reduction in costs • Reduced holding times, particularly at the higher concentrations where the thermal damage is greater • Special inducers ensure very high efficiency at very low NPSH, preventing cavitation found in other units • Improved organoleptic properties of the output product to achieve the highest quality for viscous products
