Wraparound case or tray packers are designed to pack products into die cut packaging which is formed directly around the product. Wraparound case / tray packers are available in many frame sizes and we offer a range of infeed systems for handling a wide variety of different primary products for use with secondary pack styles such as trays, wraparound cases or two-piece tray and lid solutions. With a compact footprint, wraparound case / tray packers provide operators with floor level access inside the machine. Size changes can be manually completed in less than 10 minutes without the need for part changes, or an automatic size change feature can be added. Additionally, blank cases can be fed directly from the pallet avoiding the need for operators to replenish. Packing products using wraparounds can significantly reduce the cost of packaging over standard cases through the use of less material.
