Carousel ACBM

The basket mill ACBM helps to reduce the waste of falling vegetables signicifantly. The ACBM is designed to place behind a vegetable washing machine. The ACBM’s optical sensor detects when the basket is full and subsequently the carousel automatically rotates to the next position with an empty basket. This rotation happens very fast and vegetables that did not make it into the basket are caught by the feed hopper and put into the next basket. The machine is made completely of stainless steel for perfect hygiene and longevity. The ACBM basket mill goes seemlessly together with the vegetable washing machines VWM-2500 and VWM-3600 VS and the vegetable dryers HS-ES and HS-FLEX in a small- to medium capacity vegetable processing line or a high capacity vegetable processing line.
