Machine is designed for sheeting all kinds of dough. We start the belt defining its motion direction by shift of horizontal lever or pressing pedal. After setting limiter for suitable dough thickness, we sheet the dough by shifting horizontal lever until the lever stops on the limiter after each piece of dough passed the rolls. We can put the dough on the roll which is on the stand or by using additional equipment cut the dough for belts, rectangles, triangles, circles etc. After end of work we can put together dough sheeter as on the drawing.
