Metric Single Acting Cylinders These single acting, spring return cylinder will operate on air or oil. All have a 25mm stroke. Single acting cylinders are especially applicable to large circuits where cylinders are plumbed into the air side of the circuit and used to align parts in the fixture prior to hydraulic clamping. These applications are primarily pushing type operations where the cylinder return spring pulls only the piston rod.
