Electrothermal capacitors are mainly used in controllable or adjustable AC voltage systems with rated voltage not greater than 4.8kv and frequency of 100kHz and below. They are specially used to improve the power factor of induction heating, melting, stirring or casting devices and similar applications. Product service conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m and shall be installed indoors.
2. The installation site shall be free of violent mechanical vibration, harmful gas, steam and conductive dust.
3. The inlet temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 30 ° C. For capacitors below 1000kvar, the water flow shall not be less than 4L / min, and for capacitors above 1000KVA
4. Not less than 6L / min. The air temperature around the capacitor shall not exceed 50 ° C.
5. The long-term overvoltage (not more than 4 hours in 24 hours) shall not exceed 1.1un, and the long-term overcurrent (including harmonic current) shall not exceed 1.3in.
