Dissolved oxygen analyzer is a common instrument and equipment, which is mainly used to measure the dissolved oxygen value in water and widely used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields. The film-covered dissolved oxygen meter adopts the principle of osmosis measurement, which is sensitive, stable and reliable. The instrument adopts liquid crystal display, which is used to measure and display DO value and medium temperature value, and has analog signal and digital signal output and control functions.
The dissolved oxygen value in water depends on temperature, pressure and salinity dissolved in water. The sensor part of the coated electrode dissolved oxygen analyzer is composed of gold electrode (cathode), silver electrode (anode) and potassium chloride or potassium hydroxide electrolyte. Oxygen diffuses into the electrolyte through the membrane and forms a measuring loop with gold electrode and silver electrode. The current flowing through the electrode of the coated electrode dissolved oxygen meter is directly proportional to the oxygen partial pressure, and there is a linear relationship between the current and oxygen concentration under the condition of constant temperature.
