Application: The fastener is a bolt mounted w type elastic rod fastener with small resistance. Its characteristic is using WJ-2 type of elastic rod, used for elevated roads, also can be equipped with special rubber washer with small resistance. It mainly applies to metro railway transportation, which can reduce noise, vibration and other impact brought from subway to the surrounding urban environment. Fastener structural characteristics: The fastener mainly consists of rubber tie plate under the rail, vibration absorber and insulation buffer washer. The vibration absorber is the main part of the vibration and noise reduction fastener, it consists of upper and lower iron washers, middle rubber vibration absorption washer, nylon locking ring and so on, its unique advantage is the detachable structure, the middle rubber vibration absorption washer can be replaced, iron washer can be repeatedly used, which significantly reduced the maintenance and running costs of rail fastener.
