Description

Porcelain ball is a new type of supporting and covering spherical packing based on inert ceramic ball, which is designed and manufactured by studying the fluid characteristics of the packing layer according to the mass transfer effect and medium of the packing. Its main principle is: using corundum and mullite as the main crystal phase of the product, using feldspar glass and kaolin sintered body as the structural bridge, using alumina sintered body corundum and mullite crystal of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, rapid cooling and heat resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, low chemical activity, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance. ● The perforated porcelain ball has a single or multiple round holes with the diameter of the ball, which solves the problem of cyclotron resistance of the single ball. ● Curved perforated porcelain ball fringe or convex convex surface, improve the filler porosity and specific surface area, liquid redistribution ability is strong, vapor liquid dispersion performance is excellent. ● Compared with inert alumina porcelain ball under the same conditions, the voidage increases by 12%, the contact specific surface area increases by 25%, and the resistance decreases by 15%. At the same time, it can accommodate and intercept the impurities of coke powder, gum and heavy metal to avoid their deposition in the catalyst bed coking and poisoning the catalyst.
