The device detects the ability of the cable to withstand bending by applying repeated bending forces.
Structure and characteristics
The test machine is mainly used for cable pipe bending performance test, including type test and factory test to determine the ability of the cable to withstand bending. The pipe bending and bending test machine is mainly composed of a frame, a crank connecting rod device, a weight hanger, a guard rail, a weight and a bending mandrel, and an electric control box.

1.Bending angle: ±90°;
2.Bending mandrel radius: R25, R50, R75, R100, R127, R150, R190mm, replace it according to the requirements of the cable test;
3.Weight of the hammer: 200kg of pre-tension weight, including weight bracket (20kg), 6pcs 25kg weights and 2pcs 15kg weights. Add adjustments according to the requirements of the cable test;
4.Repeated bending arm length ≥1000mm, distance between the hammer and bending mandrel>500mm, set three pipe fastening positions from bending arm to rotating shaft 250mm, 500mm, 1000mm, according to the cable test requirements, you can change the adjustment position.
5.Bending speed: 10 to 30 times / min (speed adjustable);
6.Repeated bending times: 1 to 9999 times, can be set arbitrarily;
7.Automatically record the number of repeated bending times, and run to the set number of times to automatically terminate the test.
