The PC-8070 by Jinan Penn CNC Machine Co is a CNC glass cutting machine which comes with a three coordinate moving system. These include gear rack, guide rail, AC servo system and an imported high resolution coder. With this system, it enables the machine function is high reliability, efficiency and lower its error. For this unit, it uses a CAD design for graph and figures. For cutting application, the cutting data are fully computer controlled. Also, it is supported with a cutting machine program that has a standard pattern in cutting out any shapes of ordinary glass at one direction. The whole unit functions by simply looking for its zero position. Then, it will initiate cutting and the three axle with return to its initial zero position when operation is done.
