The Fiber Laser Marking Machine is a 3rd generation machine produced by one of the most advanced laser technology currently in the world. The laser quality is exceedingly good and hence it is perfectly suited for delicate marking. It has a high repeat of frequency of the pulse and steady power output with a surge of energy of a single pulse under 1%. High speed marking can be achieved and depth and shape of the facula can be easily controlled. The enhanced processing speed which is easily 2-3 times than the conventional machine adds to the special features. The machine is air cooled since the machine size is not big. It is extremely durable and consumes extremely low power and efficiency of conversion hits as low as 30% and 0.5kW is the maximum unit power the machine consumes. The Model PC-F comes in three variants consuming 10, 20 and 30W respectively but the wavelength remains at 1065±10nm and the Q-frequency at 20KHz~100KHz for all variants.
