This automatic CNC glass cutting machine has three axes with a Taiwan HIWIN linear guideway and slider. High reliability, reduced errors and increased efficiency are afforded the machine by the system. It facilitates a CAD-designed graph and figure plus automatic cutting, with fully computer-controlled cutting data. Users are able to cut out any shapes from ordinary glass in one direction due to the cutting machine programs of both standard patterns and combinations. The machine automatically detects the zero position of the X, Y and Z axis. When the cutting is finished and the machine opened, the three axle set-up is automatically returned to the initial zero position. The equipment movement is reliable due to several protection function. These include overload, hot function, tool bit protection, software protection, protection around the X axis and Y axis hardware, and the mutual locking function. It has an artificial stone working table which is stable and level as well.
