The PC 1326ATC-3 is an economical ATC CNC router for quick tool change. The entire machine is welded with a steel structure which provides an excellent stability and makes deformations almost impossible. It has 3 spindles that can work both separately and synchronously. The device can process any material freely thanks to the gantry movement. The axes work on the unique and highly accurate imported Taiwan square orbit. The X and Y axles have rack and pinion transmission. An imported ball screw which provides precision and has a long service life. Using the advanced DSP system with USB connection and featuring the handle operation, this device is user-friendly and allows offline engraving function without the need for any computer resource. The Syntec control system comes as an option. It is compatible with CAD/CAM software (Rhinoceros, 3DS Max and similar). The machine has an optional process time forecasting capability. It achieves precision through constant curving and linear speeds. The high-quality parts used in its construction are of high quality, thus minimizing the fault rate. The X and Y axles working area is 500 mm x 2500 mm for single spindle when it works separately and the Z axle working area is 200 mm. The resolution is 0.02 mm and the maximum working speed is 15 m/min. The spindle works at 4.5 kW or 6 kW and rotation speeds vary from 0 to 18000 rpm. The machine is water cooled, and runs on AC 380 V/50/60 Hz, 2 phase power source. It is ideal for wood processing applications (various furniture pieces) as well as for art craft and engraving. It can work with wood, aluminum, plastic, density board, PVC, wave board, crystal, acrylic materials, light marbles and other light metals and nonmetallic materials.
