The model PC-3030M is a compactly structured CNC router, geared to deliver excellent precision and efficiency in cutting stone and metal. The machine is equipped with a best-in-class, Made-in-China spindle with unwavering power rate and competent water-cooled system. The three axes of the machine are equipped with Taiwanese ball screws that provide excellent concentricity, along with stability, long-lasting durability and outstanding accuracy in operations. The X-axis is extremely resilient to dust, ensuring uninterrupted, consistent performances over a long service life. The highlight of the machine is its consistent curving and linear speeds, which grants superlative precision to cutting operations. The machine is compatible with a variety of CAD, CAM software such as Wentai, Artcam, Castmate and Type 3 to name a few. Another attractive feature is the ability of the machine to predict approximate processing times for the project undertaken. Use of premium components in the machine facilitates an almost zero error rate. The machine provides a working area of 300x300 mm on the X, Y axis and 60 mm on the Z axis. The machine is equipped with a resolution of 0.01mm and provides maximum speeds of 9m/min. The spindle has a rated power of 1.5 kW to 2.2 kW and rotating speeds of 0 to 24,000 rpm. The machine is cooled via water cooling. Its working voltage is 220VAC at 50/60Hz. It is powered by a stepper motor of 2PH drive.
