Related presentations 1. Single screw extruder is named by its screw quantity. There is only one high abrasion proof nitriding alloy screw inside. Our company design and make it to make single screw food, such as single fried food, pasta etc. The die molds kinds for this extruder are diverse. This extruder can make 12 different shapes food at same time. 2. The model is DLG100, the output is 100kg/hr (finished products). 3. This extruder is single screw extruder. The raw material of the screw is 38CrMoAl. 4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned. 5. Barrel material is 45# steel (GB/T699-1999), which is a kind of high hardness alloy steel. 6. Constituent parts description 6.1 Control box: used for controlling the whole extruder. There is two inverters for adjust the frequency of main motor and cutter. 6.2 Feeder: used for feeding the raw materials into extruder to make them uniform. The power of it is 0.75kw. 6.3 Main engine: used for extruding the raw materials. Inside it, there are cooling system, oil lubricating system, heating system and extruding system. The main motor capacity is 30kw, while the heating system capacity is 18kw. 6.4 Die moulds: used for making the shapes of the products. One set of die moulds includes 12 pieces. 6.5 Cutter: used for cutting the products. It is AC motor, while the capacity is 2.2kw.
