We have a wide variety of moulds designed for each type of product to achieve the best cooking and finished appearance. All multimoulds are ready for automation Our multimuold racks have been designed to facilitate the forming of meat pieces into molds. There are many advantages of our multimould system when compared to other alternatives on the market: ERGONOMIC: Designed to facilitate difficult meat moulding processes, even at the higher mould levels. BUILT-IN TRANSMISSION SYSTEM. Our exclusive built-in transmission is a unique pressing system that allows opening and closing of the multimoulds at any place in the plant without a fixed pressing or opening station. This system prevents many unnecessary movements and delays in the opening or closing operations. With our system, these operations can be performed in a simple and easy way using only our handy mobile opening and closing device. PRODUCTIVITY: The internal transmission pressing system maximises the rack’s capacity at the same as allowing opening or pressing in just 30 seconds. MADE TO MEASURE: All multimoulds are fully configurable in the factory. Our aim is to optimise the capacity and production process. Making the most of existing or future cooking systems and minimising energy cost is key for us.
