(optional) • Rack buffer with tandem mobile system. (optional) Units designed to facilitate meat moulding tasks, make them more ergonomic and automate them. The range of options starts with a manually loaded ergonomic moulding machine and scissor lift for multimould racks, and includes the innovative semi-automatic moulding station with rack loading-unloading and manual or automatic assisted product loading, culminating with a fully automated moulding line as part of a high-capacity production line. All of the options are not only intended to improve ergonomics, but also to increase productivity and regularity in the moulding process, making it a simple, safe and effective task. Our stations are compact and so take up the smallest possible area to perform their task, saving ever more valuable space. All of this gives you the opportunity to optimise production, ergonomics and space to achieve more regular and controlled production.
