Module sets (transmitter / decoder) for the transmission of encoder signals: absolute (SSI) and/or incremental (HTL or TTL) Extremely fast, highly precise and interference-free fiber optic signal transmission up to a range of 1000 m Suitable for standard drives and highly dynamic drive controls, e.g. motor commutation Only one optical fiber for all data Integrated cable break and status monitoring Description In heavy industry, absolute and incremental encoder signals often have to be transmitted over long distances. This is usually done via copper cables. EMC influences can strongly impair the signal quality. With the FO-TX / FO-DX fiber optic module sets, consisting of a fiber optic transmitter and a fiber optic decoder, the encoder signals can be transmitted over long distances without interference.
