Description

Signal level conversion, elimination of interference signals Electrical isolation of input and output using optocouplers Option: supply voltage 5 V or 12-30 V Description The pulse converters (signal converters) convert rotary encoder signals from HTL to TTL or from TTL to HTL. They are used for electrical isolation, signal level conversion and elimination of interference signals. The output stages enable signal transmission over long cable lengths at high output frequencies. Optocouplers isolate the inputs from the outputs. Short circuit or overload of the output stages are signalled. The modules can be attached to standard mounting rails (EN 50 022).. Technical data Supply voltage 12-30 VDC Signal input TTL (square wave 2.8-6 V) Signal output TTL (0°, 90°, N and respective inverted signals) Frequency range 0-250 kHz Housing Electronic housing for standard mounting rails Dimensions 50 x 75 x 52 mm Electrical connection 18 pole PHOENIX COMBICON screw terminals 2.5 mm2 Device temperature range -20 °C to +70 °C Degree of protection IP20 (switchboard installation) Device options / Function Isolated conversion of HTL in TTL or vice versa with different supply voltages: 12 – 30 V 5 V
