Description

Diverter and Singulator Systems Fast. Compact. Efficient. Double Your Throughput in a Smaller Design With proprietary small motor technology, Johnson Electric has developed a steerable wheel module that diverts up to twice as fast as similar small- to medium-sized sortation systems. Modules of four to eight rollers, each with an embedded motor, enable different regions of the table to be controlled independently. This individual angle control enables tighter spacing between items, resulting in higher throughput. Increase Uptime with Predictive Maintenance Individual motors and modules are lightweight enough to be maintained and replaced by a single operator. In addition, intelligent predictive maintenance capabilities provide detailed advanced warning of performance losses or other indicators of potential failure eliminating unplanned downtime. Robust Package Handling Options The VersaSort Modules can handle packages of up to 80 lbs (36kgs) at a speed of 400 fpm (2 m/s) while producing significantly less noise. They can sort packages as small as 2" x 1.5" (50 mm x 38 mm). Modular design and scalability mean maximum package size is limited only by weight and the size of the assembled table. Bidirectional Functionality Have a workflow that needs to run in more than one direction? The steerable wheel table can instantly switch its orientation to respond to changing needs. Divert and Singulate with the Same Unit Divert — Individual angle control enables tighter spacing between items, resulting in higher throughput. The table is flexible enough to handle any angle up to 90 degrees in either direction from the main conveyor line.
