Description

Medium duty side entry agitators and mixers are suitable for applications like vegetable oil storage, bio digesters, blending (petro)chemical. Medium duty side entry agitators and mixers have the following characteristics: • Mixing applications where higher forces are required • Larger tank volumes • Fluids with higher viscosity up to approx. 5000 cP • Tanks with higher pressure (max. 4 bar g) • Integrated manual leak stop if required Jongia’s Sydmikser type JRWM is a very compact, rigid and reliable side entry mixer, typically applicable for liquid storage and BIOGAS applications. For example the JRWM is applied in Biogas tanks and waste water systems. All JRWM Sydmiksers are equipped with a “shut-off” device. This enables the mixer to be shut-off from the tank content by means of a retractable shaft cone. When the shut-off is activated, easy inspection and exchange of mechanical seal and drive is enabled, without the need for an empty tank. Almost all mechanical seal constructions, even stuffing box systems can be applied (depending on the duty). The shaft is coupled to the drive by means of a hollow shaft gearbox. The mixer is able to be equipped suitable for Atex requirements. Processes: mixing, blending, keeping homogeneous, buffering, dispersion, fermentation (digesters), suspending, heat transfer
