This production Line is combined with the Blister Machine, Pillow Packing Machine, Cartoner and Stretch-Banding Machine. Pillow Packing Machine 1.The Pillow Packing Machines wrap many types of commodities including blister sheets, facial paper, soaps, biscuits, candies, chewing gum and instant noodles, and other rectangular, square, round or irregularly shaped products. 2. Provides protection from light, moisture and dust. 3. Suitable for packing a variety of solid shapes and material. 4. Can pack a variety of sizes, quickly and safely. 5. Package cut-off length can be calibrated by hand wheel. 6. All contact parts are made of stainless steel. 7. Optional electronic color code tracing device to make sealing and cutting positions accurate. 8. Suitable for any heat sealable laminated film such as Polyester/Poly, Polyester/Met, Polyester/Poly, Bopp/Foil/Poly, heat sealable BOPP and Pearlised BOPP etc. The Stretch-Banding Machine is an End-of-Line Packaging Machine. 1. It can group together or stack cartons (or similar shaped objects) to form larger units. These are then tightly wrapped in plastic film. 2. Compared with shrink-wrapper and overwrapper, this machine is energy-saving as it does not require heating up. 3. It saves 50% of film materials because it partially covers the packaging. 4. It can be connected to a packaging line with Blister Machines, Cartoners and Case Packers.
