The rigid gantry frame consists of a base, double racks, and a stable crossbeam to ensure high rigidity and cutting performance. The powerful high-speed spindle, which utilizes ceramic bearings, is matched with a BT or CAT 40 taper. There are also high-strength, precision ground guides and high-quality ball screws to ensure high-precision machining. The generously sized worktable is matched with a high-capacity tool magazine for flexibility. Users have the option of adding a pallet changer to avoid the downtime associated with loading/unloading.
