Our high-performance manual cylindrical grinders are built with high-quality Meehanite cast iron with heavy ribbing to ensure high overall stiffness, even with heavy workpieces. A precision grinding spindle bearing ensures the highest accuracy. The belt-driven spindle stock with adjustable speed ensures continuous optimal conditions for grinding. Automatic lubrication of the headstock is standard on all models. The hydraulically driven table feed features softstop at the end of the movement. All feed rates are infinitely variable ensuring a high-quality surface finish. Rapid approach/withdrawal of the grinding wheel. The hydrostatic bearing of the spindle produces a film of oil between the bearing and the spindle. This eliminates vibration and provides high precision and surface quality, also increasing the service life of the spindle.
