Meet our CNC teach style bed and knee mills mills designed for small series production and prototyping. Featuring a drilling and milling head with quiet V-belt drive operation, infinitely variable spindle speed control is paired with automatic spindle sleeve feed(3 steps (with micrometer depth stop). Spindle braking is controlled via a simple hand lever. The head utilizes a swivel range left / right ± 45 ° and rotation of the upper arm around the column 360°. The high-quality heavy duty MEEHANITE cast iron base contains all guideways coated with Turcite B. The XYZ slideways, table and T-slot are hardened and ground for durability. The high-grade casting is annealed & stress-released, providing high rigidity and wear resistance. Box ways on Y and column. Telescopic steel covers protect the slideway and ball screw from dust and coolant. Semi-guarding is standard [opt. full guarding]. The Fagor 8055i CNC control is a conversational control which allows the user to choose between uploading an existing file or writing a new file while running the machine manually.
