BrassTec® 947 offers heat protection up to a contact heat of 250 °C, while providing an excellent grip. A special aluminium lining on the back of the hand protects the user from short-term exposures of radiant heat up to 1,000° C. BrassTec® 947 has even been tested against metal splashes, which roll off the glove's surface to ensure user safety.
