They are taper-ground for the single-pass honing process and then pre-honed to the desired shape. * Suitable for honing through holes with high diameter-to-length ratios (e.g. connecting rod honing) and for finish-honing parts with interrupted bores (e.g. hydraulic parts). * Ideal for processing through holes in “soft” materials with strict requirements for constant diameter, roundness and surface quality.
