Abstract:The on-line inspection system for coating surface quality is used to detect various common surface defects in the production process. The system can find the defect information of product surface in time during the production process, and reflect the defect information of production line surface from time to time. The mechanism is installed behind the unwinding of the slitting machine to test the coating quality of the anode (positive/negative) on-line.The image data of lithium-ion battery electrodes are collected by the CCD camera module.The image data are received and processed by the processing module.The surface of lithium-ion battery electrodes can be judged whether it meets the pre-set or not,and the defective products can be automatically labeled,alarm data statistics and bad classification are processed. 1.
