Description

The WetHead™ probe is a compact, sealed immersion probe for in situ Raman spectroscopy of liquid-phase samples in a laboratory or process plant setting. The design of the WetHead™ Raman probe promotes versatility and materials compatibility, both critical factors for process applications. The process connection for the WetHead™ can be swaged, compression-mounted, NeSSI, sample location custom flange-mounted, or via a Kaiser flow cell. These options allow for direct insertion in slip-streams, drain-values, reactors, and inlet or outlet pipework. A custom WetHead™ is available for extrusion applications using a standard port to interface with the extruder barrel. The WetHead™ is compatible with installations in hazardous areas / classified environments, and the probe design has been certified to meet both North American and European (ATEX) standards. Probe Features: In Situ Measurement / No Transfer Lines Required Compatibility with all Kaiser Raman Analyzers Compact Profile Industry Standard Installation Options
