The AirHead™ gas-phase Raman probe is optimized for gas-phase / head-space monitoring in chemical processes. The AirHead™ probe’s sampling versatility and materials compatibility allow the AirHead™ to address common gas / vapour phase process application challenges such as corrosivity, wetness of the sample environment, and low sensitivity of analyzer technology, while providing reliable quantitative gas-phase measurements in a process environment based on Raman spectral analysis.
The AirHead™ probe can be directly inserted into processes with temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius and 1,000 PSI, and mounted using either standard NPT fittings or compression fittings. Alternatively, the AirHead™ probe can be mounted into a gas slip-stream using a Kaiser-supplied sampling cell or via a NeSSI interface.
The AirHead™ probe is compatible with installations in hazardous areas / classified environments, and the probe design has been certified to meet both North American and European (ATEX) standards.
